YOU’RE WORTH IT !

Image
I thought WHY should women empowerment be the subject of conversation only in the Month of February-March. Women deserve the privileges they are offered more than just on a single day because they are worth it, every day of their life. Even today as I coach women through various segments of the society, at different phases and ages, I see somewhere there is an underlying fear of asserting themselves fully and stand for what they are and how they wish to project themselves in the world they live in; knowing well that they are worth it. The lion's share of knowing that "you are worth it " my dear ladies &girls is being willing to able to take a stand on your behalf. Powerlessness and diminished self confidence are products of passive inferiority women have accepted without complaint. Although, women are achieving more, outdistancing previous generations of men and women, they sometimes tenaciously continue to devalue themselves and their contributions. Deep d...

The Power of NO

No: The Most Powerful Word to Relearn which helps us prioritise and leads to more Success and Happiness We've been taught that it's good to say "Yes", to juggle a million things, to do and achieve as much as we can in as short a timeframe as possible! Awakening the Little Genius in You

Parents act as good guides and caretakers to their children providing them a safe and supportive environment. They attend to the external context making sure that what is needed is available, and that there are no unnecessary distractions or interferences from the outside. Here we mean basic needs are provided to ensure the child’s physical and mental health.   The next set of parents the child is exposed are the teachers in their lives. Teaching relates to helping a person develop cognitive skills and capabilities. The goal of a teacher is generally to increase competencies and “thinking abilities” relev...
