Case Study 1 : How Coaching Helped a Client to Bounce back and Unlock Possibilities

How Transformation Coaching helped a Client to Bounce Back , Take ownership of her Entrepreneurial Abilities, take LEAD and Unlock Possibilities

My name is Smita (name changed for privacy purpose) and I have been an entrepreneur for 20 years. I started with direct marketing, then began advising as a financial planner and achieved tremendous success there. At one point I had crossed 500+ clients and was awarded in the Life / General Insurance segments multiple times by esteemed financial institutions.
Since my early age my passion was to create my name as an entrepreneur but also had a strong desire to empower women, and with that intent I launched her day-care center and then a pre-school. For a decade, both my financial and educational work flourished.
But the last few years were challenging because of some emotional issues that started to fuzzy my thinking and the stress led me to doubt myself. I closed the pre-school center and continued with the day care business but without enrolling new children in the year 2018-19.
When I first heard about Kalpana of Jubilant Coaching, I was not very enthused as I had met up with and tried many workshops over the years. But one conversation with her and I could see light at the end of the tunnel. I enrolled for the Mentoring Program in April 2019 and by the end of the second session could sense a major shift in my energy levels. Her sessions were productive and well-crafted to meet my specific needs.
Over the next few sessions I discovered my true values, shifted my limiting beliefs, and aligned my values with my goals. We revisited my goals and created a path to success with clear outcomes. Within 90 days, I had so much clarity that I started taking actions on building my day-care business. My personal and professional relationships improved, especially my core relationships strengthened which gave me immense impetus to take up challenging moves in my business.
Today, less than four months after starting the program, I have bought another office for my day-care business, have put the processes and systems in place for the operations, created my branding and marketing strategy, restructured my products, and have appointed the right people to take care of each segment. Now, under my brand I run a day-care center, provide financial freedom products to parents for their children and executive personal development workshops for children (4-12 years).
I have always followed my passion but had got lost along the way. Because of Kalpana I realized my strengths, reconnected with my passion, created a roadmap with milestones and smaller goals, and built on my insights and experience to launch new products and services but which originated from my existing business. All of this has helped me to speed up growth in my personal life and in business.
Thank you, Kalpana!
