YOU’RE WORTH IT !

I thought WHY should women empowerment be the subject of conversation only in the Month of February-March. Women deserve the privileges they are offered more than just on a single day because they are worth it, every day of their life. Even today as I coach women through various segments of the society, at different phases and ages, I see somewhere there is an underlying fear of asserting themselves fully and stand for what they are and how they wish to project themselves in the world they live in; knowing well that they are worth it. The lion's share of knowing that "you are worth it " my dear ladies &girls is being willing to able to take a stand on your behalf. And as a result, stress and overwhelm are endemic in modern culture.
